Results: EMX250 Portugal

Rick Elzinga took a double race win in Agueda, running away from the field in race one but race two was tougher with Elzinga having to displace Vettik for the lead and then hold off a determined Toendel all moto long. But the dutch rider didn’t make a single mistake despite the pressure and looks very comfortable on the Hutten Metaal Yamaha as he extended his championship lead.

Vettick took an unlucky Osterhagen out in the second moto, and himself, trying to get third back, and that allowed Lucas Coenen in for his second top three of the weekend and first podium in EMX250.
