The team would like to thank all their sponsors and we hope to show you what we can do in 2025 see you at the first round… Let’s go

“The SAS TPC KTM team contacted me on Instagram and offered me the chance to ride for them – in England – in 2025” Florian told us.

“I accepted straight away because it’s a championship that I love. I’ve already raced in it in 2021 and 2022: the atmosphere, the tracks, the organisation and the mentality of the riders in England is different from France. This year, we didn’t have a full season, because we had to pass our CQP Motorcycle Initiator exam, and also because the French Motocross Championship hasn’t made me dream since my return from England. Mathéo and I did 2/3 international races and we concentrated on the French Sand championship. In 2025, we’ll be doing the MX season in England with SAS TPC KTM, and we’ll be back on the sand at the end of the year with Yam Sand Racing. My objectives in the UK will be to win. Two years ago, I wasn’t that far away from the title and I think that having spent two seasons in the 450 class will help me for my return to the 250”.

“My father was in contact with the team and he sorted everything out. He suggested this program, and we accepted straight away.” admitted Matheo.

“Florian knows England well, having spent two seasons there. It was quite a natural fit with SAS TPC KTM. It’s really motivating because I wanted to have projects between two seasons in the sand, so that I don’t slack off. Last year, I didn’t do much between the two seasons, and I’d lost quite a bit of speed; I had to work even harder to get back to a good level in the sand. This is perfect, because it really falls between the two sand seasons for me. It’s also a new challenge, which is really cool for me. I went to see Florian ride in England at the time, and I even contested a race for his old team. I liked the tracks and the atmosphere, so I thought ‘why not?’ As far as the current sand season is concerned, things are going rather well for me. I’m fourth in the championship. I didn’t have a very good first race, finishing 8th in the Berck final with a crash at the start, before finishing 4th in Loon Plage. I’m starting to get back to the level I want, although the set-up wasn’t very good in the first two rounds; we’re starting to get closer to something good, and we’ll see what happens in Hossegor. It’s worth noting that I discussed this offer in England with my Yam Sand Racing team from the outset. As the English program doesn’t overlap with the sand season, they agreed that I should take part. I’ll be back with Yam Sand Racing next season, after the British season with SAS TPC KTM.”
