Bøgh Damm came into the season as one the favourites for the EMX250 title and dominated the opening round at Valkenswaard – unfortunately injuries made the rest of the season difficult but he has the pace for good results in MX2.

“First of all, I am really looking very much forward to be racing the MX2 World Championship in 2021. I know it is going to be a very exciting year for our sport, but also a special and challenging one with the situation we all still have to deal with”.

“I am very honoured to be able to take part in the World Championship – it has been a dream for some time, which is now coming true. For the coming season we are looking into a very strong and experienced field of riders – but still I am sure it is going to be a fantastic year for #403, full of new challenges, experiences and achievements”.

“My body has recovered after the accident in 2020 and I feel we have a very strong Team for the coming season. Our team is essential for success, and we have the perfect constellation for the new season ahead, I am sure #403 will benefit from the professional setup we have in WZ-Racing. I am really looking forward to my third year with WZ-Racing! We know each other well, I have learned so much with this team in the past years, the support, training, mechanics, cook(s) and management behind this setup is like family to me – therefore I was thrilled to get the opportunity for 2021 with them again. Together we will be able to build upon the foundation we have established and I am confident we have set the right mix of preparation, training and strategy for the season”.

“It is the goal to see #403 amongst the top 10 or better – during 2021. Throughout the year we will have a strong focus on keeping everything fit and in perfect shape, ensuring I perform my very best in every race, flavoured with a spice of stability and fun. I am delighted to also enjoy the support from Emil Larsen, the National Team Coach of Denmark, who will be bringing a lot of experience and guidance along, which I am very thankful for”.

“This winter I have been practicing very hard, despite some time off I have been keeping fit, and sweating a lot in the streets of my hometown Esbjerg, on the Danish west coast – so feeling prepared in any way to take this next step into 2021. I am grateful to have this opportunity and send a big Thank You to everyone for making this possible”.

“Looking forward to see you all very soon on the bike, somewhere out there”.
