Official: Cas Valk signs with Chambers KTM

Cas Valk has wasted little time securing his future after recently parting ways with TM, with the talented Dutch rider now confirmed to finish the 2026 season with Chambers KTM.

The move sees Valk return to KTM machinery, a brand he is already familiar with, as he looks to reset and build momentum for the rest of the campaign. Despite the uncertainty that followed his split from TM, the young Dutch prospect has quickly found himself back on competitive equipment and in a strong environment to continue his development.

Under the new agreement, Valk will contest the remainder of the 2026 MX2 World Championship season, although he is not expected to travel to the flyaway rounds. In addition to his GP commitments, he is also set to race the rest of the Dutch Masters of Motocross series.

There is also a strong possibility Valk will make selected appearances in the MXGB British Championship, giving him further opportunities to gain race time and stay sharp across multiple championships.

The new ride can now give Valk full focus on racing after a period of uncertainty. The switch to Chambers KTM could prove to be exactly what he needs at this stage of the season, with a fresh start and familiar machinery potentially helping him rediscover his best form.

With his future now sorted for the remainder of 2026, attention turns to the track as Valk looks to make the most of this new chapter and show what he is truly capable of in the MX2 World Championship.

Cas Valk:

I am really thankful to Chambers Racing for helping me out mid season and supporting me directly from now on and also a big thanks to my personal sponsors – 2 Masters, VWP Short Lease and CAD2M. A big thank you to Jef Janssen for helping me with everything as well. It’s been a couple of busy days but the feeling is good with the KTM and I am looking forward to already doing the Dutch Masters race in Harfsen.

Tim Chambers (team owner):

“This is the first time for me supporting a foreign rider. I’ve watched Cas for a few years and after much speculation, I can confirm we have secured a deal with him for the rest of 2026. I am looking forward to getting him into the top six of the MX2 World Championship and hopefully winning the Dutch Masters. We’ll then turn a few heads at MXGB and who knows what happens in 2027. I wish him well and look forward to working with him along with my fantastic team”.
