After Jett Lawrence didn’t seem totally convinced he would definitely be ready for outdoors last weekend in Nashville, due to the slow nature of the healing process of his Talis bone, HRC Honda team manager, Lars LIndstrom has given another update on Jett’s progress, confirming to Lewis Phillips of Vital MX, that Jett is back riding the outdoor track again.
Lars told Lewis: “He’s on the bike. He’s riding the outdoor track now. And I’ve just seen video, I haven’t been there to see him in person, but from what everybody says, he looks like Jett.
“But definitely this injury is is more difficult than the other ones that he’s had. Just time consuming, you know, to get that the feeling back to get the range of motion back and all those things, which is kind of consistent with this injury with everybody else that that we seem to have talked to that has had that. It’s just a slow healing bone but also, the the pain that comes along with it, the range of motion, the time it takes to get get back to 100% is a lot longer than everything else.”
