It was announced last week that Cas Valk has parted ways with Van Venrooy KTM and his plans for the 2026 season have now been confirmed.
The Dutch talent has signed a deal to race a TM under the CRD motorsport awning – Valk has signed a two year deal with the team to take on the MX2 World Championship.
The official press release confirmed the news:
TM moto and the CRD motorsport team are pleased to announce the hiring of the young Dutch rider Cas Valk who has signed a two-year contract to take the TM 250 FI MX into competition.
Cas, born in 2005, will continue his journey in the MX2 class to face the World Championship, the Italian MX Internationals, some stages of the Italian Pro Prestige and the Dutch Masters or Motocross.
After winning the EMX125 European Championship in 2022, this year he finished his first world championship in MX2 in 12th place, also missing the last GPs.
Precisely in these days he will become familiar with the new bike and together with the guys from CRD motorsport he will begin the work of fine-tuning the TM 250 4T. We are all very motivated to achieve the best possible results in all the competitions that we will take part in.
We welcome Cas to the TM family.
