Awful news for the Young Motion powered by Resa Yamaha team as their workshop has been robbed seeing race bikes stolen.
It’s a very big blow to the privateer team who are racing the Dutch Masters this year and eight rounds of the MX2 World Championship. They had planned to race Switzerland but this could now change plans.
The team urges anyone that may have information to reach out to them.
“Not the news we wanted to share… As many will have seen by now our partner Resa racing has been a victim of robbery last night. First of all we want to say our thoughts are with Rene Satink and Martine Boumen, who have done so much for the team. And if anybody has seen or heard anything please contact Resa (or us).
Unfortunately since the workshop of our team is located at Resa Racing the race bikes of our team are part of the group of stolen bikes. Obviously this impacts our team, but we keep our heads up”.
