After going 1-5 in the opening two motos, Hunter Lawrence had a disastrous third moto with a bad start and two crashes that left him in 14th for the moto and sixth overall. That means his ten point lead reduced to just 1 point with Roczen winning and it is now a three race showdown for the 2026 AMA Supercross title!
Hunter, who showed his class by still congratulatimg Ken Roczen as he rode past after rhe checkered flag, said of his night: “Bad start, just made it tough on myself, another rider checked up and I went down. Bit of a shitty night in the office. Come back next weekend in Philly.”
