Jason Anderson made it three out of three in Atlanta in terms of being fastest qualifier – but he is desperate to get the main event win his speed shows he is capable of! Ken Roczen was up there again in third but Cooper Webb struggled to blitz the whoops to go seventh giving Roczen the encouragement that this could be another chance to whittle the points gap down.
In the 250 class Hunter Lawrence posted the fastest time for the first time in his career and admitted it felt goid because he usually sulks in qualifying! Cameron McAdoo qualified third but then had a huge crash at the end of the session before hobbling in pain back to his bike.
