Jeffrey Herlings went from third to first on lap one then held off a strong charge from Romain Febvre, who was loving the slick track with minimal ruts, but even he couldn’t find a way by Jeffrey Herlings who took the race win.
Lucas Coenen started second behind holeshot man, Glenn Coldenhoff, but had Herlings, Febvre and then Fernandez pass him with the Belgian taking a somewhat subdued fifth in relation to his performances in the last few GPs.
