Vince Friese caused more drama in the second main event after wiping Joey Savatgy out in the second main event just as Savatgy and Roczen were tied going into the second main event on points the WSX title after Roczen had won race one with Savatgy third.
Savtagy had cut Roczen off to pass him in turn one but Friese did the the same to Savatagy with some mustard on the pass, wiping out Savatgy’s front wheel.
Friese was then leading before being passed by Aranda then Roczen and slipping back to eighth and was looking at his back wheel – potentially damaged in the contact! Savatgy only got back to 10th with Roczen winning and Ken back in control of the series with one main event to go.
It was not to be for Savatgy with Roczen taking third in the final moto to secure the crown with Savatgy fourth.
