“Once again, we have a very strong junior team this year – 15 talented riders who have already proven themselves both in Estonia and in international competition,” said Henri Haramaa, Team Manager of Estonia’s Junior Motocross World Championship squad.
“I believe the most important thing at this event is to believe in yourself and give it everything you’ve got. Anything is possible until the checkered flag falls.”
Estonia’s strongest contenders for top-ten finishes include Lucas Leok, currently 9th in the EMX125 European Championship, Theo Kolts, winner of the EMX85 North-East Zone Championship, Robin Robert Mooses, runner-up in the EMX85 North-East Zone, Gregor Lootus, fifth in the same championship, and Jaan Aron Vahter, who finished sixth in the EMX65 North-East Zone Championship.
“This season we have prepared more thoroughly than in previous years,” Haramaa added. “We organized two EMF youth training camps, attended by our Junior World Championship candidates. Together with national team coach Tanel Leok, we will also hold one final training session in the Czech Republic on 1 July to ensure our riders are fully prepared and confident heading into the championship.”
The Estonian team is also supported by Jaanus Tamme on behalf of the EMF Board.
