Jo Shimoda got caught up in the carnage of the opening rhythm section of the 250 East coast heat race when he got tagged by Luke Clout while trying to avoid the fallen Gavin Towers.
It left the unfortunate Japanese star, who isn’t long back from a broken neck, writhing in pain and holding his left left on the side that Clout landed into the side of the factory HRC Honda rider.
