Emerging Swiss talent Kevin Brumann will continue his journey in the MXGP paddock after confirming he will remain with the MX Handel Husqvarna team for the 2026 season.
Brumann has shown promising progress throughout his time with the team, looking more comfortable and consistent with each passing event. Although a mid-season during his 2025 campaign forced him to miss a number of MXGP rounds, but the young Swiss rider came back strong to end his season on a high.
The focus now turns to a productive winter as Brumann targets a stronger season in 2026 and more importantly remaining injury free. With plenty of new blood entering the MXGP class in 2026, the competition level is set to be even higher – but Brumann is embracing the challenge as he continues to learn from the world’s best.
Remaining in a familiar and supportive environment could prove key as he aims to take the next step in his career and establish himself further inside the highly competitive MXGP field.
“I am happy to announce my plans for 2026. The team MX Handel Husqvarna Racing and I found an agreement and are ready to go all in again for upcoming year. I am more than thankful for the opportunity and I am eager to start the season. I will compete in the MXGP class and the ADAC Masters. But for now we need to get to work”, Brumann stated on social media.
