Young British talent Drew Stock has confirmed his plans for the 2026 season, and it’s a big step forward in his career. After being announced as one of the Blu Cru European winners, Stock will receive official Yamaha support next season – and that support now comes with a full ride under the JK Yamaha Racing awning.
The move sees Stock line up in the EMX125 championship with solid backing behind him after a year spent as a privateer in 2025. It’s a significant opportunity for the Brit, who has shown plenty of promise and will now have the structure and support to take another step forward on the European stage.
Stock is currently in America preparing for the Mini O’s, where he hopes to run at the sharp end and gain valuable international experience before returning to Europe.
Alongside his EMX125 commitments, Stock will also contest the 125cc British Championship in 2026 – a series he’ll target for the title. With Yamaha support and a strong team environment around him, Stock’s future is looking increasingly bright as he heads into an important year of his development.
“I am really excited for the opportunity to join an established, professional team in the GP paddock. A big thanks to Riccardo Boshi, Giuliano Boschi and Yamaha Europe for this amazing opportunity. I am aiming to follow in Isak Giftings footsteps as he has made awesome progress with this team. My aim is to be inside the top ten consistently in the EMX125 championship. I am also aiming to get a British title under my belt”. Stock told GateDrop.com.
