Jorge Prado showed some glimpse of his true potential at Ironman with fifth overall just a couple of points away from a podium.
And even Prado was positive, feeling they found something with the bike, saying;
“Well I have been riding supercross in the break getting some preparation for SMX. Apparently this morning we found something on the bike that helped me quite a lot so I think from here we can start working in a good direction. It was a good step, we just need to keep building and hope that soon I will be up there again.
“I have been struggling a lot, and today looks like the first day I start riding like myself even though I am far from it. I am working hard with the team hopefully we can get it done soon.”
Hopefully this is the beginning of a foundation that Jorge can use so America can start to see the real level of Jorge Prado.
But could he still return to KTM in 2026?…
