With just over a month and a half to go until the start of the 2024 competition season, the Jezyk Racing Team is pleased to announce that it will continue with Mauro Osinalde for another year.
The young Balearian and the structure of Carlos Morchón will continue together in the Spanish Championships of MX2, the European 250cc and some races of the National Under18.
Osinalde is fully recovered from his right knee injury that has kept him off the circuits for about nine months. After going through the operating room twice, about two weeks ago he has returned to training in preparation for the first test of the National 2024, which will presumably be held in Talavera de la Reina on the first weekend of February.
Mauro Osinalde joins Juan Izaguirre and Tom Brunet in Jezyk Racing Team, who will announce new additions in the coming days.
Mauro Osinalde: “I’m happy to continue with Jezyk, since besides a team it’s a big family. I have already started training and I feel pretty good on the bike, but I still need to build up confidence. We’re working really hard with my trusty physio and I hope to get in good shape for the first race of 2024, the year we go all out.”
Carlos Morchón, Team Manager: “It’s great news that Mauro is still with us. He’s a perfect guy in every way and we’re looking forward to him getting back to the sensations that were truncated last season when he severely injured his knee. He has molded the new cylinder very well and we will give him all the weapons so he can have a good 2024 season”.
