Race One: Dylan Ferrandis took the holeshot and led the opening lap before Jett Lawrence made a move and then dominated proceedings at the front. Sexton started in third and made a move on Ferrandis for second. Jason Anderson was much improved and finished fourth ahead of his team mate, Adam Cianciarulo.

Aaron Plessinger took the holeshot from Sexton and Lawrence but Lawerence quickly passed Sexton and the Honda duo eventually made their way past Plessinger to set their on pace up front.
Sexton was around two seconds back all moto but had it down to 1.2 with three laps to go when he crashed, handing Jett the win. And the win streak continues
