Raf Meuwissen parts ways with Young Motion powered by Resa Yamaha

Coming into the 2023 season, Raf Meuwissen landed himself an MX2 World Championship ride by inking a deal with Young Motion powered by Resa Yamaha.

The team have been having a rough time of it after recently getting their workshop broken into and Meuwissen who raced the MX2 GP’s in Switzerland and Italy for the team, has now decided to part ways immediately.

It remains to be seen what Meuwissen will do for the rest of the season but he will be hoping to line up at the rest of the MX2 World Championship rounds.

Petr Polak at the moment will be the sole MX2 rider under the Young Motion powered by Resa Yamaha awning as well as Mike Bolink who will race selected MXGP events. It remains to be seen if the team will replace Meuwissen or focus on the two riders they have for the rest of the season.
