MXGP provided madness!
It was Jeffrey Herlings who pulled a rare holeshot but he had Ruben Fernandez and Jorge Prado for company. It was Fernandez on the move as he made an aggressive pass on Herlings. Prado was then looking to pass Herlings but crashed and as he was about to get back on his bike another rider hit his bike seeing him lose more time! Renaux was promoted to fourth but then had a technical problem meaning a DNF – the Frenchman was furious!
Jorge Prado picked it up behind Romain Febvre who also crashed in the early stages and then went at it finishing fifth and sixth respectively. At the front Herlings caught Fernandez who the Spaniard held on for a superb win at a sketchy track!
It’s on for tomorrow!
