It was an eventful MX2 qualifying race. It was a KTM 1-2-3 on the first lap with Andrea Adamo leading the way from Simon Längenfelder and Sacha Coenen watching from third. The German was applying the pressure but Adamo rode a strong race not making any mistakes and in the end brought home the 10 qualifying points.
Thibault Benistant was able to pass Valerio Lata to bring home fourth. Oriol Oliver had a strong ride to bring home sixth on his Gabriel SS24 KTM machine.
The Nestaan Husqvarna machines of Kay de Wolf and Liam Everts had really bad starts outside the top fifteen. They ended up battling on the final lap with de Wolf bringing home eighth and Everts tenth respectively.
It looks like de Wolf might be in a bit of discomfort so race day will be very interesting!
