Open race results: 2024 Coupe de l’Avenir – Askew wins

Billy Askew came from behind to win the opening moto ahead of Edvards Bidzans and Junior Bal in third. Jamie Keith rode well to finish in seventh. Nathan Green was as high as fifth before finishing a sold tenth with Jack Meara fourteenth.

It was another win for Askew in race two and again over Bidzans from Latvia with Kokins in third. Keith finished eighth with Green tenth and Meara sixteenth.

In the final race of the day it was Bidzans who won to stop Askew from taking a clean sweep but the Brit did finish second to win the overall. Kokins impressed again to finish third. Keith was flying all weekend long on his 125cc and had his best ride of the weekend in moto three finishing sixth.

Green was fourteenth with Meara twenty-third and Spratt twenty-fourth.
