Following a crash during the Castilla la Mancha Grand Prix of the Motocross World Championship, Mattia Guadagnini suffered injuries to his left shoulder and pelvis that will not allow him to participate in the Trophy of Nations scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5 and Sunday, Oct. 6, in Matterley Basin (England).
Wishing a speedy recovery to Mattia Guadagnini, the Italian Motorcycling Federation announces that the Italian team for the Motocross of Nations will be composed of Andrea Adamo (MX2), Andrea Bonacorsi (MX Open) and Alberto Forato (MXGP).

“We are very sorry for Mattia, a boy who has always shown great attachment to the Maglia Azzurra. We are all waiting to see him back on the bike soon. We know the talents of Alberto Forato, who had already been pre-convened for this event, so our goal does not change: to be protagonists of the Nations with a very young lineup indeed.”
