Haiden Deegan is continuing to search for ways to get closer to the Lawerence brothers and the American is now turning his his attention to bike set-up in a bid to get on terms with the Australians.
Deegan said: “I’m doing some testing with the team,, I need my bike dialled in, there is obviously some room for improvement there, just try to get better and better, bike set-up wise. I feel like that is where I need to take the next step is dialling that in.
“I feel good at the races, I just feel if I can dial the suspension. Engine package, it’s my first year on the 450 and there is multiple different engine packages you can do, so just go through things and try to get a better set-up.”
Deegan added: “I am trying to hold the crown up for us Americans in the outdoor series and I feel like I’m doing a pretty good job and we are working butts off to do it.”
