Another top rider is dealing with an injury!
Ken Roczen, who has had a great season, is now dealing with an AC separation that he suffered last Friday in a practice crash.
Roczen pulled out of Q2 early after aggravating the injury but the German who now has American citizenship still plans on racing tonight. Roczen qualified tenth overall today, meaning tenth gate pick for the triple crown which isn’t ideal on a tricky track with a championship still in play.
Let’s hope he can still ride to his potential and he can pull three good starts to stay in contention.
