Video: Seewer on learning to ride sand – difficult!
Jeremy Seewer has spoken of how difficult it is to learn to ride the deep sand if you aren’t from Belgium or Holland – but is proud of how capable he has become after ten years dedicated to working at it.
Seewer, who contrasts his skills at the beginning of his sand riding experience to his pace today, explained on social media: “It took me several years to become a decent sandrider. If you don‘t grow up in Holland/Belgium it‘s very difficult to be good in it. I was 16 years old when I started to experience this kinda conditions. In the past, I got lapped twice at races in the Sand. Somehow I‘m pretty proud on what I achieved over the years but I know there is still room to improve. It never stops.
