Eli Tomac took the fastest time at a rutted Indianapolis by a tenth of a second over Jason Anderson with Stewart and Sexton right on the pace as well, with Sexton acknowledging there will be a lot of lapped riders in the main event!
In the 250s Jett Lawrence took pole with McAdoo second and fulfilling his Wackadoo nickname when he jumped into the side of Lawrence after a mis-match in a rhythm section, but both riders fortunately stayed up. No harm, no foul.
