Romain Febvre grabbed the holeshot and never looked back in the qualifying race in Indonesia as he looked superb on his Factory Kawasaki machine. Ruben Fernandez was second in the early proceedings and was riding well but then looked to lose his rhythm with around ten minutes to go which allowed Seewer, Prado and Coldenhoff all pass him.
Coldenhoff was on the move looking good in the conditions as he passed Prado and was all over Seewer for second but he just couldn’t make a move stick but he’ll be feeling good heading into race day.
