Race results: EMX125 RD3 – Reisulis wins at Agueda

Race One: The opening moto was all about Janis Reisulis it what was total domination on a very dry Agueda race track. The Latvian didn’t get the holeshot but was leading by the end of the first lap and ran into the distance – what a special talent. Elias Escandell led on the opening lap before finishing a distant second ahead of Mathis Valin. Laban Alm didn’t get a good start but worked his way up to a solid fourth to keep podium hopes alive. The Swedish privateer is having a strong start to the season.

Race Two: During the second moto, Reisulis and Valin got out together and were going at it during the first couple of laps. The Latvian had found his way around the Frenchman but then crashed dropping him to fourth. He was able to pass Werner for second which give him the overall win. Valin took the win for second overall with Max Werner taking the last step on the podium. Francisco Garcia and Laban Alm had the same points as Werner but missed out on the podium due to the German having the better second moto – it was close.
