Local talent, Karlis Reisulis put in a fast lap for third with championship leader, Mathis Valin fourth fastest.
Joe Brookes looks to be enjoying the conditions as he put in the eighth fastest time. After finishing fourth overall on his EMX250 debut, Gavin Towers only put in the twenty-first time in the Kegums sand.
