Maxime Grau showed good speed at the opening round of the EMX250 in Spain but didn’t have the results that matched his speed.
Surprisingly, the VHR GasGas team have announced that the young French rider has parted company with the team.
It comes as quite the surprise with the second round of the EMX250 series taking place this weekend.
The VHR GasGas team state that it was Grau’s wish to leave the team.
It begs the question: does he have another rider in the works?

UPDATE: Grau has agreed a deal with WZ to contest the EMX250 series and will make his debut with the team this weekend at Arco Di Trento.
