Max Anstie to secure full Factory Kawasaki AMA National ride?

According to Steve Matthes, Max Anstie has landed a ride with the Factory Kawasaki team in America to race the AMA National series which gets underway next month. 

“Some rumors flying around include KTM looking for a second 250 rider for MX (apparently Marv & Anstie said no) & Anstie riding for factory Kawi in 450’s for MX. Stay tuned….”, Matthes stated on social media. 

We believe that Anstie was also approached by Factory Kawasaki to contest the MXGP World Championship as a fill in rider but decided to stay put in America. 

Since making the switch from MXGP to AMA, Anstie has been with the HEP Suzuki and Rocky Mountain KTM team but will now have the opportunity to with a full factory team. 

With regards, Adam Cianciarulo he won’t make it back for the start of the AMA National season – it remains to be seen if he’ll miss the whole season yet or not.
