Jeremy Sydow and Hutten Metaal Yamaha part ways

Coming into the 2021 season, Jeremy Sydow decided to make the jump down from the MX2 World Championship in an attempt to win the EMX250 series after inking a deal with the Hutten Metaal Yamaha team.

Just before the start of the season, the young German picked up an injury and we didn’t see him make a return until the end of the season which was a real shame.

For the 2022 season, Sydow will have a new challenge as he’s parted ways with Hutten Metaal Yamaha and we believe you might just see him race the MX2 World Championship but that is still to be confirmed.

“Time to say a big thank you to the whole Hutten Metaal Yamaha Racing and Yamaha Racing for everything they did for me this year! I learned a lot and everyone gave always 100%. Unfortunately because of my injuries we couldn’t show the full potential but we never gave up and always gave the best. I wish the team only the best for the future and a successful 2022”, Sydow stated on social media.
