Coy Gibbs passes away

A key part of the JGR SX/MX programme, Coy Gibbs, has sadly passed away.

Coy was the son of NFL superbowl winning coach Joe Gibbs and had a big passion for motorsports. He brought the JGR team to US SX/MX with innovative ideas and worked with James Stewart, Josh Grant and a host of top talent in America.

Joe Gibbs Racing said: “It is with great sorrow that Joe Gibbs Racinb confirms that Coy Gibbd (co-owner) went to be with the Lord in his sleep last night. The family appreciates all the thoughts and prayers and asks for privacy at this time.”
