Ken Roczen upped his game in Q2 to take the fastest time over Dylan Ferrandis at a now rain free Daytona, with the German saying: “The second time out everybody usually gets a little better. The track is deteriorating, I’ll have to stay out of trouble and ride my own race, bring some good focus.”
Eli Tomac was third with Webb this time closer to the front in fourth with Musquin fast again to take fifth – and just half a second covering the top five!
In the 250 class Justin Cooper was quickest again as he established himself as the man to beat.
