Injury update: Eddie Jay Wade

There’s no denying that Eddie Jay Wade hasn’t had an easy time of it when it comes to injuries. The young Brit was having a great off-season as he was preparing for the 2021 EMX250 but crashed out during the third round of the Spanish Championship.

It’s been revealed since that Jay Wade in his hospital with a head injury – the good news is that he’s out of danger.

We would like to wish him all the best with his recovery and we will continue to keep you updated with his condition as and when we hear more.

“As a lot of our friends and motocross enthusiasts are aware, yesterday Eddie had a serious accident at the third round of the Spanish motocross championship in Calatayud. After incredible treatment from all the medical people involved at the circuit and hospitals he is now, fortunately, thankfully out of danger from a head injury sustained in the accident. In the next few days the best options will be decided to treat his various fractures. We would like to thank everyone from our heart’s for their kind messages of support and are sorry we are not able to respond at the moment. We will keep you posted regarding his last medical condition in the next few days and we can’t wait to have him back on track with us”, the VRT KTM stated on social media.Â
