Race One: La La Turner went from fifth to first in a lightening first lap including passing Cannon and Herrick, her closest rivals, to take the lead and clear off for the win as Cannon, battling a broken shoulder blade, also battled young Herrick for second with Cannon making the pass but then going down only for Herrick to go down a few turns later in the ruts! Nelson had issues and dropped out of third as Jarvis held Herrick off for third over the finish line!
