Race One: Reigning champion, Lachlan Turner caught and passed Charli Cannon with two laps to go to bring home the first race win of the season. Cannon got docked one position for acceleration while off track.
Mikayla Nielsen was promoted to second ahead of Cannon with Taylah McCutcheon fourth.
Jordan Jarvis rounded out the top five.
Race Two: It was an exciting race for the second race with Cannon leading on the first lap and flying. She had a gap of five seconds after the first full lap but then had a tip over which allowed Turner to get to the front. After that Turner battled hard to stay at the front and keep a Cannon behind here and that’s exactly what she did.
Nielsen rode a lonely third with Jarvis fourth.
