Matthes: I’m not surprised. I think there’s been tension between the two sides. I think Webb didn’t want to do outdoors but wanted to get paid and KTM wanted him to do it. There was pressure there and I don’t think Coop liked his bike and KTM said the bike was fine.
Dan Turman said: I think he next time we see Coop will be Charlotte at the first SMX race. I expect they came to some kind of agreement to where he’ll be able to show up on that bike (Star Yamaha) but I think that will be the goal.
