Haiden Deegan and Jordon Smith got into in the opening heat race at Indy with Smith coming out second best and going on to crash two more times before pullng out of the heat!

Smith then stalled in the LCQ got put down in the last turn after a bizarre decision to try to pass fourth place on the outside – no main event for Smith and long flight home. Haiden Deegan who took third in the main event, to rub salt into Smith’s wounds, said on the podium, “rubbing is racing!”
