A smiling Jett Lawrence didn’t have his best day in the mud, crashing in both the heat and the main in the treacherous conditions and losing the red plate to Chase Sexton, saying to Swapmoto: “I’m just glad we have finished and didn’t DNF. At one point we may have been wanting to DNF the track was that bad. We just had to get out of there with points, ninth it was all we could get on the day. It is what it is, but thankful I am all still in one piece. Go into San Diego, let’s hope we can go and put it back on top of the box and make up some points after that, I was going to say sh1t show!
