Austin Forkner went quickest in free practice and backed it up with a second in the first timed qualifying session – but he also survived a sketchy moment in the whoops!
Forkner has had injury after injury recently but, fortunately, he survived this one and can look ahead to trying to get the win tonight in Anaheim over Jett Lawrence.
