Thomas Kjer Olsen – back on a bike!

Thomas Kjer Olsen had a big crash in Kegums, Latvia last year which saw him fighting for his life but the likeable Danish rider has made a full recovery which is the most important thing.

The Dane has revealed that he is now back on a bike which is even better news as it’s clearly something he loves to do. The Nestaan Husqvarna team, a team Olsen had a lot of success with in the MX2 class have provided him a bike so he’s currently in Spain putting in the laps.

It’s unsure what the future holds for Olsen but it’s great to see him back on a bike.

“Lucky to have Rasmus Jorgensen by my side, being there for me in thick and thin. I’m thankful for Husqvarna Factor Racing having my back and making sure I have a bike to ride here in Redsand MX Park, also a big thank you to Nestaan MX for getting me and the bike to the tracks and helping me with the technical stuff. Without these guys I would still be sitting on my ass at home. What the future brings, I’m still not sure, but I’m just very happy to get this opportunity to get back on the practice tracks”, Olsen shared on social media.
