52 year old Mike Brown so angry he lost the title to a charging Andrew Short on the finish line after leading the entire way at Loretta’s! Brown was so annoyed at himself for losing the title didn’t even go to the podium – that desire won’t go away! Brown and Short are teammates in two weeks at Foxhill VMXDN!
Kris Keefer, who was also in the race said Brown, having not done his podium interview with Jason Weigandt, calmed down after ten minutes back at his pit set-up. Brownie still loves to compete with everything he’s got!

See the race below and how close the finish was as Short reeled Brown in on the last and a small error in the last turn was enough to give short the edge on a photo finish, Jeff Emig (1) was also out there and he worked his way into third for third overall – but the starts let him down.
