Race results: MX2 World Championship RD12 – France

Race One:

Tom Vialle was immaculate in the opening MX2 moto as he grabbed the holeshot and led every lap to take another dominate victory. Jago Geerts held second in the opening stages before a crash demoted him to fourth before Maxime Renaux charged through on his team mate with two laps to go.

It was a very difficult track to overtake on despite there being a lot of square edge bumps – Renaux seemed to be the only rider capable of multiple passes.

Race Two:

The second moto was similar to race one with Tom Vialle grabbing the holeshot and controlling things at the front. Yet again Maxime Renaux didn’t get the best of start but he charged hard, made some passes to get into second but ran out of time in perusing Vialle.

Guadagnini won the battle for third which was very intense as he edged out Jago Geerts, Rene Hofer who is starting to make big strides in MX2 and Jed Beaton.
