Race results: EMX250 RD5 – Teutschenthal – Cannon wins

Race One: Mads Fredsoe got the holeshot and reminded everyone exactly what he’s capable of from a good start! He led every lap and brought home an impressive win. It did get tight at the end with Doensen being close but then he had Cannon in his rear wheel – Cannon crashed and dropped back to fourth which allowed Liam Owens finish third.

Nicolai Skovbjerg was way back on the first lap but charged back through to a strong fifth. Francisco Garcia had bike issues so it was a DNF for the red plate holder.

Race Two: Totally different conditions faced the riders for the second moto after heavy rain fall leaving very difficult conditions. BUD Kawasaki didn’t care about that though as they finished 1-2 with Garcia winning the race. It was Cannon who finished second but that was enough for him to win the overall.

Lyonel Reichl seemed to enjoy the conditions as he finished third ahead of Alvisi but the young Italian got himself on the podium – very impressive. Doensen finished fifth to end up second overall.

Skovbjerg suffered from a bad start which wasn’t ideal for the conditions but battled hard through the pack to finish fourteenth.
