MX2 Qualifying race: The MX2 qualifying race was chaos in rough and very tricky conditions. It was Thibault Benistant with the early lead but Roan van de Moosdijk was enjoying the technical track and looking aggressive to get past. The Dutch rider managed to do just that but Liam Everts was on the move in third catching Benistant. The French rider then made a mistake and promoted Everts to second.
Andrea Adamo had previously made a mistake himself but Benistant’s crash promoted him to fourth and then he passed Coenen for third to gain championship points.
Geerts did the best he could to finish thirteenth, big respect three weeks after fracturing his wrist!
Kay de Wolf got a terrible start and later crashed, you could clearly see he has a foot/ankle injury and later pulled out of the moto.
