Guillem Farres was riding an immaculate race out in front looking superb. but then the Spaniard dropped it on the last lap with only a few corners to go.
It meant that Simon Längenfelder took the win after not getting the best of starts but ge made some nice passes to get back to second and then got gifted the win – he is nearing his best. McLellan had a strong ride for third.
Sacha Coenen was second and looking good considering the circumstances but then went back to fourth ahead of Liam Everts who rounded out the top five.
