Simon Längenfelder took the holeshot and rode like the world champion we all know. He controlled things at the front and looked great.
Guillem Farres passed Janis Reisulis for second and started to catch Längenfelder but the German had the answer and pulled away again.
Camden McLellan passed Reisulis to finish in third at his home GP.
Sacha Coenen got a bad start in tenth and could only make three passes to finish seventh in a subdued ride from the young Belgian.
