It was a superb day for the final round of the Irish Championship which took place at old school track, Mountain Quarter MX.
Lots of fans, great racing, a stacked class and a nice old school track – it doesn’t get much better in terms of Irish Championship action.
Taylor Hammal and Josh Gilbert won the races with Gilbert winning the overall in MX1 class – Adam Sterry went 2-2 for third overall.
Jason Meara was strong finishing 5-5 for fourth overall.
In MX2, Jamie Keith took the race wins on his Honda. Glenn McCormick was strong on his Chambers KTM finishing second overall with Charlie Richmond rounding off the podium.
A huge congratulations to Nathan Green who clinched his first Irish Championship. A big well done to Alfie Herron as well who won the MX2 Irish Championship.
